SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS WARNED AGAINST EXAMINATION MALPRACTICES

School administrators in Ogun State have been charged to maintain zero tolerance
against
 any form examination malpractices.
The Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Mr. Olu Akinleye gave the charge during an interactive session with public and private junior schools at Ansar- Ur -Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota, saying it was the tradition of the ZEOs to create necessary awareness, intimate school registrars and provide guides on their conduct during examination.
Mr. Akinleye added that it was imperative for school administrators to contribute their quota at ensuring qualitative education, which would reflect on to the lives of students for the development of the society, pointing out that levity would not be condoned, as severe punishments await anyone caught in engaging in examination malpractices.
He called for all hands to be on deck in supporting government’s policies and programmes, as ‘’education is the best legacy and there is no short cut to qualitative education’’.
Speaking on behalf of other participants, Mr. Oladimeji Ajibose, pledged their supports for government’s policies in education, as well as strict adherence to the guidelines given by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
